Todd Douma
President of TMD & Associates
Todd is President of TMD & Associates and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm).  He is a member of the firm's investment committee and provides customized financial guidance to both his individual and corporate clients. Todd was an honors graduate from Arizona State University and has been in the financial services business since 1994.  While at ASU, Todd was a member of the baseball team and went on to play in the New York Mets farm system.  He is originally from Oklahoma where he and his wife, Stephanie, met in junior high school.   
 
Linda Larralde
Client Services Manager
Linda is our Client Services Manager and she serves as a primary point of contact for clients with our firm for administrative and service-oriented needs. She handles scheduling, oversees client administrative needs, works with our corporate retirement plan administrators, and coordinates such additional services as risk management and insurance planning with Todd. She will also be responsible for oversight of our company staff as we add additional people.  Linda attended the University of Phoenix and received her degree in Business and Information Systems.
 
Thad Walker
Research Associate
Thad is our Research Associate and is primarily responsible for providing Todd with current research on your portfolio holdings and for preparing your quarterly client reports.  He is responsible for a large part of the due diligence work that our office performs.  If you would like to request some additional follow-up data or have questions with regards to your quarterly planning statements, he would be glad to assist you.  He also assists Linda with administrative issues regarding our corporate retirement plans. Thad is a business graduate of Arizona State University and is an integral part of our asset management operations. 
 
Steven Neeley
Financial and Retirement Planning Specialist
Steven is actively involved in the preparation and implementation of our financial plans. He also handles employee education, enrollment, and technical follow-up for our retirement plans as well. He holds a B.A. from Indiana University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Having lived and worked in Taiwan for five years prior to moving to Arizona, Steven follows trends in international business and capital markets very closely, particularly in Asia.

 
Susan Abbass
Operations Manager
Susan is responsible for day-to-day oversight of TMD's operations.  She handles compliance, due-diligence issues, and other company workflow processes.  She holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an MBA from Pace University in Manhattan.  Prior to joining TMD, Susan lived in New York City and worked for 7 years in the securitization field on Wall Street for a foreign investment bank.  Susan speaks fluent German, is an active triathlete, and loves spending time with her family.
